Over 150 turned out for the first Long Classics race of the year. They were led home by Robbie Simpson (Deeside), who had seven minutes in hand over former winners Brian Marshall (HELP) and Stewart Whitlie (Carnethy).

Angela Mudge (Carnethy) finished ninth overall, fifteen minutes ahead of Andrea Priestley (Ochil) and Keri Weatherhogg (Perth).
